Our process
Picked ripe
Fruit bought at full ripeness, from growers we know. The flavour is decided here.
Sliced
Cut by hand into even pieces, the same day it arrives.
Dried slowly
Hours at low, steady heat. Water leaves; nutrients and flavour stay behind, concentrated.
Sealed
Weighed and packed at once. The pouch holds fruit, and only fruit.
What we leave out.
Slow dehydration is our only preservative. It keeps the nutrients, concentrates the flavour, and lets the fruit keep for months.

Shree Products is a family-run food business from India. We started with one belief: food keeps best when it's made honestly and slowly. Dehydrated fruit is where we begin; more good things are in preparation. Everything we sell, we eat at home first.

Months, unopened, in a cool dry place. Once opened, reseal the pouch and finish it within a few weeks. It rarely lasts that long.
No. No sugar, no oil, no preservatives, no colours. Each pouch has one ingredient, and it's on the front of the label.
